Grain free Liver cake

About the Recipe

Feed as part of a treat now and then

Ingredients

  • 300g Liver


  • 150 Grated sweet potato


  • 2 Eggs (Duck if unable to eat Chicken Eggs)


  • 1-2 Minced Organic Garlic Cloves (see our blog on Garlic to understand dosing guidelines and safety caveats)


  • 1-2 teaspoons of topper of your choice


Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (Celsius)


  • Blend all ingredients in a blender or processor


  • Line a cake tin or loaf tin with greaseproof paper


  • Pour in the mixture and smooth out


  • Cook for 30 minutes or until firm to the touch (careful not to burn yourself)


  • Cool then cut into small cubes


  • Store in an air tight jar or freeze
